Position: Business Analyst / Product Owner
- Work Location: 7th Floor, Golden Field Building, 24 Nguyen Co Thach Street, My Dinh 1 New Urban Area, Tu Liem, Hanoi
- Working Time: Monday – Friday (Flexible Check-in)
- Salary: Up to 25M
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Design & Development Support
- Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and mobile app research to propose product ideas.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing features in the Product Backlog under the guidance of a Mentor.
- Participate in writing functional specifications for new features and minor updates.
- Communicate product requirements to the Design and Development teams.
- Product Operations & Project Coordination
- Monitor and analyze user behavior data using tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics to report product performance.
- Work closely with the Development Team and Testers to review product logic and resolve issues during the development process.
- Participate in monitoring the entire process from Design → Development → Release.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to optimize the user experience of mobile applications.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BA/Product role within the software industry, preferably in Mobile App projects with IAA & IAP monetization models.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of user behavior and product flow.
- Familiarity with A/B Testing tools and methodologies (Firebase, AdMob, etc.).
- Skills
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to write clear, structured documentation and communicate ideas effectively.
- Good communication skills with the ability to listen to and understand user needs.
- Proactive mindset, strong willingness to learn, and readiness to take on challenges in a startup environment.
- Good English reading comprehension for technical documentation is a significant advantage.
