Position: Product Owner
- Work Location: 7th Floor, Golden Field Building, 24 Nguyen Co Thach Street, My Dinh 1 New Urban Area, Cau Dien Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
- Working Time: Monday – Friday (Flexible Check-in)
- Salary: Up to 35M + Commission

1. Main Responsibilities
- Product Feature Design:
- Research, analyze, and define product development directions.
- Identify and manage desired features in the Product Backlog.
- Communicate complete product information and requirements to the development team.
- Write functional specifications for new features or improvements to existing features.
- Product Operations:
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and statistical data to understand user trends and behavior.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve arising issues and provide timely feedback.
- Track product progress and issues together with relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise all stages of product creation, including mobile application design and development.
- Coordinate with related departments such as UX/UI Designers, Developers, Testers, Marketers, etc.
- Build Product Metrics to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of each update.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior using tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge:
- At least 6 months – 1 year of experience in a Product Owner position.
- Graduated in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Knowledge of software development and Mobile App products.
- Strong understanding of Product Metrics.
- Advantage: Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, research, and stay updated with new technologies.
- Ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Growth mindset: willing to embrace challenges and continuously learn.
