Position: UA Executive
- Work Location: 7th Floor, Golden Field Building, 24 Nguyen Co Thach Street, My Dinh 1 New Urban Area, Tu Liem, Hanoi
- Working Time: Monday – Friday (Flexible Check-in)
- Salary: Up to 20M + Commision
1. Job Description
- Analyze the mobile app market and optimize visibility on the App Store & Google Play.
- Plan and execute UA campaigns (including ASO) on advertising platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Search Ads, Unity Ads…
- Coordinate with the Product team, utilize data and A/B testing to analyze user behavior, evaluate CPI, LTV, ROAS metrics… optimize products and monetization campaigns.
- Use analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, Sensor Tower, AppTweak… to analyze the market, competitors, and develop scaling strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize keywords, and utilize tools and methodologies to improve search rankings, optimize Store Listings, and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor, consolidate, evaluate work results, and propose improvements.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with a degree in Finance, Marketing, or related fields are a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience in Mobile App Marketing. Preference will be given to candidates who have managed products scaled to over 500,000 users and are capable of spending daily advertising budgets of $1,500 or more (Please attach a Portfolio or links to products previously promoted).
- Participate in product research and understand how to implement and optimize ASO.
- Strong market research and analysis skills using specialized tools for the mobile app industry.
- Experience managing at least 3–4 apps running on two or more advertising networks is a plus.

4. Salary
- Up to 20 million VND + Unlimited Commision.
- 100% salary during probation period
