Position: MOBILE DEVELOPER (ANDROID NATIVE)

Work Location: 7th Floor, Golden Field Building, 24 Nguyen Co Thach Street, My Dinh 1 New Urban Area, Tu Liem, Hanoi
Working Time: Monday – Friday (Flexible Check-in)
Salary: Up to 35M

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Native Development: Directly develop and optimize key mobile applications using Android Native (Kotlin).
Architecture & Performance: Design robust code architecture, handle advanced performance optimization, memory leak detection, and improve user experience.
Monetization Integration: Integrate and manage AdMob / Google Mobile Ads systems (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, App Open, Native Ads).
SDK & System: Configure and manage important SDKs including Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
Release Management: Take primary responsibility for building, publishing, and optimizing the app release process on Google Play, including handling policy-related issues.
Flutter Support: Develop Native Modules for integration into Flutter projects when high performance is required.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Native Expertise: Proficient in Android Kotlin (Activity/Fragment Lifecycle, Coroutines, Flow, Jetpack Components).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Android Native development for Mobile Apps with IAA/IAP monetization models.
Preferred: Strong understanding of ad display mechanisms and ad revenue optimization (IAA). Experience integrating In-App Purchase (IAP) systems.
Technical Skills: Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and common third-party libraries.
Flutter: Ability to use Flutter/Dart or willingness to learn and support cross-platform projects.
