This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application AI Tattoo, developed by ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). The service is provided as an Ad Supported service, and is provided “AS IS”. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Application refers to AI Tattoo, the software program provided by the Company.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM, ZENTRIXA TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Apartment SH2-05 The Matrix One, No.1 Le Quang Dao, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi – Vietnam (VN).

Country refers to: Vietnam

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a feature interaction, voice translation session, image translation session).

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and use the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory unless you choose to create an account for saving history, synchronization, or premium features.
User-Provided Information may include, but is not limited to:
- Prompts, text descriptions, keywords, or creative ideas entered for AI tattoo generation.
- Tattoo style selections, categories, body placement preferences, and other customization options chosen by the user.
- Images or photos you upload from your device for tattoo preview or AI-assisted tattoo generation.
- Photos captured or used when accessing the camera for AR tattoo preview features.
- Generated tattoo designs, saved history, favorites, and user preferences (if enabled).
- Subscription or premium service information if you enroll in paid features (e.g., premium tattoo styles, HD export, or exclusive AI models).
- Feedback, inquiries, or communications submitted via the Application.
All content provided by the user (including prompts, uploaded images, and camera images used for AR preview) is used solely to provide AI tattoo generation, tattoo preview, and AR visualization functionality.
To perform these features, user inputs (such as prompts, selected styles, uploaded images, or preview images) may be transmitted securely to remote servers or third-party AI service providers for processing and generating tattoo designs. The data is used only to fulfill the requested operation and return results to your device.
Unless you explicitly enable history or saving features, such content is processed temporarily and is not retained longer than necessary for operational, security, or service improvement purposes.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
- Device information, such as device identifier, device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and analytics-related identifiers.
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP address (coarse location only, for analytics, fraud prevention, and service optimization purposes).
- Application usage data, including session start and end times, features used (such as AI tattoo generation, prompt input, tattoo style selection, image upload, AR preview, saving history, and favorites), frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
- AI processing metadata, such as number of generated tattoo designs, selected styles, processing duration, and technical logs related to API requests and responses.
- Camera access events when using AR tattoo preview features. The Application accesses the camera only after you grant permission and only for real-time tattoo placement preview. Camera images or video streams are not recorded or stored unless you explicitly choose to save them.
- Gallery or photo library access events when you choose to upload images for tattoo generation or preview. The Application only accesses the images you explicitly select.
This automatically collected information is used to improve application performance, monitor system reliability, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising (if applicable), improve AI generation quality, and enhance overall user experience.
The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS location information and does not request access to sensitive device permissions. Only coarse location data derived from IP address may be collected for analytics and service optimization purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and related services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that the Application integrates third-party services (translation APIs, analytics frameworks, ad networks) that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. Below are examples of third-party services used by the Application:
