This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Lip Pose, developed by ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). The service is provided as an Ad Supported service, and is provided “AS IS”. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Definitions

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Application refers to Lip Pose, the software program provided by the Company.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM, ZENTRIXA TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Apartment SH2-05 The Matrix One, No.1 Le Quang Dao, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi – Vietnam (VN).

Country refers to: Vietnam

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a feature interaction, voice translation session, image translation session).

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User-Provided Information
The Application may collect information that You voluntarily provide while using the Service. Registration is not required to use Lip Pose. However, certain features may require access to device functions.
User-provided information may include, but is not limited to:

Photos or videos recorded using the camera within the Application

Facial data processed in real time to apply filters, live effects, or interactive challenges

Saved clips or images created using Lip Pose features

Feedback, messages, or support requests submitted by You

Optional subscription or premium feature information (if applicable)
All facial processing is used only for real-time effects and content creation and is not used to identify You as a real person.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including:

Device information, such as device identifier, device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.

Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and other SDK-generated identifiers.

Application version, usage frequency, interaction patterns

Camera usage events while using live effects or recording features

IP address and approximate location (derived from IP only)

Performance logs, diagnostics, and crash data
This information is used to improve user experience, ensure smooth real-time interaction, optimize visual effects, and maintain Service stability.
Camera & Facial Effects Usage
Lip Pose requires access to the device camera to enable:

Live facial filters and funny face effects

Interactive challenges such as Lip Fall or Celeb Lipdrop

Recording short videos or taking photos for sharing
Camera input is processed in real time only. The Application does not collect biometric identifiers, does not perform face recognition, and does not store facial data unless You explicitly record and save a video or image.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise GPS location data. Only approximate location information may be inferred from IP address for analytics and advertising purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application.
The Application integrates third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies, including but not limited to:

These third-party services may collect, process, or store your information independently of the Service Provider. We do not control their data practices beyond the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Subscription and Premium Services
If you subscribe to premium features within the Application (for example premium drawing templates, advanced AR features, ad-free experience), the Service Provider may collect and process additional information to manage your subscription, including:

Payment or transaction status (processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store; the Service Provider does not store full payment credentials).

Subscription start, renewal and expiration dates, usage history of premium features.
All subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services, ensure compliance with store policies, and fulfill legal obligations. You may contact the Service Provider at developer@zentrixa.io to manage, cancel, or request deletion of subscription-related data.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months, and thereafter may be stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes only.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application (including uploaded reference images or saved artworks), please contact them at developer@zentrixa.io, and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some data may be required for the Application to function properly (for example saved artworks).
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact developer@zentrixa.io for assistance.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are implemented to protect information we process and maintain. Access to information is limited to authorized employees and contractors.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider’s processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer/hand-held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
Consent also includes processing related to AI image generation, prompts, uploaded content, premium features, analytics and third-party integrated services.
