This privacy policy is applicable to the applications for mobile devices, which were developed by ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided “AS IS”. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions. User-Provided Information may include, but is not limited to:

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. Only coarse location data may be collected for analytics purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information

Subscription and Premium Services
If you subscribe to premium features within the Application, the Service Provider may collect and process additional information to manage your subscription, including:

Payment-related information, which is securely processed by the respective store platform (Apple or Google) and not stored by the Service Provider

Subscription start and expiration dates, renewal information, and usage history related to premium features
All subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations. You may contact the Service Provider at developer@zentrixa.io to manage or cancel your subscription.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored in aggregated form for analytics purposes.
If you’d like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at developer@zentrixa.io, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at developer@zentrixa.io so that we can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are provided to protect information we process and maintain. Access to information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who require it to operate, develop, or improve the Application.
Although reasonable security measures are implemented, no system can guarantee complete security. Transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer or handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
Consent also covers data related to subscription services, premium features, analytics, and third-party services integrated within the Application.
