These Subscription Terms and Conditions govern any subscription or in-app purchase for any mobile application developed and published by Zentrixa Studio. By accessing, installing, or using our mobile applications and/or purchasing or activating any subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Zentrixa applications released on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including applications categorized under productivity tools, utilities, personal development, entertainment, and similar user-oriented digital service experiences.

1. Definitions

• Application / App: Any mobile software product developed and distributed by Zentrixa.

• Subscription: A recurring paid service that unlocks premium features, content, or functionality.

• In-App Purchase (IAP): A one-time payment to unlock specific content or features.

• Store Platform: The platform through which the app is downloaded and billed (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

2. Subscription Services

Some features, content, or functionality within our Apps may only be available through a paid subscription plan. Subscription durations may include monthly, yearly, or other durations as listed in the App.

A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access enhanced features within the App during the active subscription period.

No ownership rights in the App or its content are granted.

3. Payment Processing & Billing

All payments, billing, refunds, and account management are handled solely by the Store Platform.

• Your payment method will be charged at the time of subscription purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours before the subscription expires.

We do not collect, store, or manage payment or billing information.

4. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel your subscription directly via your Store Platform account settings.

• Apple App Store:  Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

• Google Play Store:  Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for prior charges.

You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or discounted introductory pricing.

If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Once converted, you will be billed for the subscription period using the payment method associated with your Store Platform account.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of the Store Platform:

Zentrixa does not directly provide refunds.

7. License and Acceptable Use

By using any Zentrixa App, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the App

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities

• Circumvent payment or access systems

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Content, Availability, and Service Modifications

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue App features or subscription offerings at any time for maintenance, improvements, legal compliance, or operational considerations.

If material changes affect your subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentrixa shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business

• Service interruptions

• Device or software incompatibility issues

The App and subscription services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Payment fails or cannot be processed

• Fraud or misuse is detected

• You breach these Terms

Termination does not provide entitlement to refunds.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction associated with Zentrixa Studio’s business registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
