This privacy policy is applicable to the applications for mobile devices, which were developed by ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided “AS IS”. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Application refers to Dog Translate, the app that enables translation between dog/cat sounds and human language, provided by the Company.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM, ZENTRIXA TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Apartment SH2-05 The Matrix One, No. 1 Le Quang Dao, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi – Vietnam (VN).

Country refers to: Vietnam

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application, including translation between dog/cat sounds and human language, animal sound library, optional audio training, and cloud synchronization.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, session duration, feature usage, training sessions).

User-Provided Data means the data that You submit voluntarily, including recorded animal sounds, user feedback, optional training audio, and subscription information.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User-Provided Information
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download, register, and use the Application. Registration with the Service Provider (for example using Google Sign-In) is not mandatory, but certain features (such as cloud sync, animal sound training, or subscription) may require an account.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions. User-Provided Information may include, but is not limited to:

Name, email address, Google profile information, and other registration details.

Audio recordings of animals for translation purposes.

Optional training audio submitted by the user to improve translation accuracy, including user-specified frequency ranges.

Subscription and payment information if you purchase premium features (processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store; the Service Provider does not store full payment credentials).

Feedback, support requests, or communications submitted through the Application.
All animal audio and user-submitted training recordings remain private to your account and are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage unless you explicitly share them.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

Device type, model, operating system, and application version.

IP address and approximate location (coarse location only, for analytics).

App interaction logs, feature usage, session duration, translation activity, and training session metadata (e.g., duration, selected frequency range).

Crash logs, diagnostic data, and performance metrics.
This data helps us improve the Application, provide analytics, maintain service stability, and enhance user experience.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. Only coarse location data may be collected for analytics purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

These third-party services may collect, process, or store your information independently. We do not control their practices beyond what is described here.
Disclosure of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Subscription and Premium Services
If you subscribe to premium features within the Application (for example, unlimited translation sessions, access to full animal sound library, advanced frequency training), the Service Provider may collect and process additional information to manage your subscription, including:

Payment status, subscription start and expiration dates, and usage of premium features.

Logs of offline features (downloaded sound libraries, training data) for service maintenance and quality.
All subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal obligations. You may contact the Service Provider at developer@zentrixa.io to manage, cancel, or request deletion of subscription data.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (animal sound recordings, optional training audio, subscription info) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may then be stored in aggregated form for analytics purposes.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data you have submitted via the Application, please contact developer@zentrixa.io, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact developer@zentrixa.io.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are provided to protect data we process and maintain. Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors who require the information to operate, develop, or improve the Application.
Although reasonable security measures are implemented, no security system can guarantee complete security. Transmission over the Internet is at your own risk.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. “Processing” includes collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information for animal sound translation, audio training, subscription management, analytics, and third-party services.
