These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of any mobile application, product, service, or digital content provided by Zentrixa Studio. By accessing, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply globally and are intended to comply with requirements of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and applicable international digital service standards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Zentrixa application (“App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. If you are under 13, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms.

3. User Account and Security

Some features may require creating or linking an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,

• Any activity occurring under your account,

• Ensuring account information is accurate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if misuse or violation occurs.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Access to certain features may require payment via subscription or in-app purchases. All billing, recurring payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively through your platform provider (Apple or Google).

5. User-Generated Content

Our Apps may allow you to input text, prompts, notes, queries, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Zentrixa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your content,

• Display it within the App,

• Improve the functionality of the App.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening,

• Harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or hateful,

• False, misleading, or violates intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Output

Some Apps may generate automated responses, guidance, interpretations, or predictions (“AI Output”). AI Output is generated algorithmically and may not be accurate, reliable, or suitable for professional use.

You acknowledge that:

• AI Output is for informational and entertainment purposes only,

• It should not be considered medical, financial, legal, mental health, or professional advice,

• You are solely responsible for how you use the AI Output.

We disclaim all liability for reliance on AI Output.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, interfaces, visuals, features, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of Zentrixa. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App or its elements,

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App,

• Sell, lease, license, or commercialize the App.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate laws or regulations,

• Exploit, harm, or target others,

• Interfere with the App’s functionality or servers,

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time, without liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available” with no guarantees of accuracy, performance, or reliability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentrixa shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue,

• Service interruption or technical issues,

• Decisions made based on AI Output or App usage.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms,

• Fraud, misuse, or illegal activity is detected.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under the local laws of the user’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.
